Head of Performance Marketing – Online & TV (m/f/d)

What you can expect in this role

  • You’ll develop our growth strategy in line with business goals, deep customer understanding and our brand vision across the following marketing channels internationally: SEA, SEO, CRM, Social, Display, Affiliate and TV
  • You’ll be in charge of managing a team of channel experts and controlling the marketing campaigns across online channels as well as TV
  • You’re analytical, number-driven and will manage a significant marketing budget to drive sales efficiently with demonstrated ROI and continuously optimizing CLV
  • You’ll drive the coordination of campaigns across departments and channels in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders to create integrated marketing campaigns
  • You’re building relationships with external marketing agencies, affiliate networks and other potential partners
  • You are a performance marketing strategist with hands-on experience: You not only talk the talk – you’re implementing and building up what you’re preachin

Your essential experience and education

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any related business administrative environment or similar; preferred is a focus in marketing
  • You have profound professional experience in a fast-paced online environment
  • You’ve already managed extensive growth in the e-commerce space and you know how to deal with a min. 7-digit budget
  • You’ve learned (online) marketing from scratch; therefore you bring extensive knowledge in SEO, SEA and CRM with you
  • You are a leader: You manage your team in a proactive and respectful way and you’re also responsible for shaping our company culture
  • You have an exceptional track record developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Furthermore you have had exposure to top level management / shareholders
  • You speak English on a native-fluent level; German is a plus but not a must
