B2B Distributor Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Amorelie is one of the largest producers of love toys in Germany. Our B2B Distributor Sales Team is responsible for the distribution of our own brands to our worldwide distributor network. To further expand our market position, we are looking for you for our team!

What you can expect in this role

  • You acquire new business partners on your own responsibility for the distribution of our product portfolio, by telephone as well as personal
  • You are the contact person for our business customers in the distributor channel, you create customer-oriented benefit arguments and shape contract negotiations from start to finish
  • You maintain all sales information, including reports
  • You plan and control the existing and new customer business with our CRM system and work out the next steps in close cooperation with your lead
  • You are planning sales promotion measures for our distributor network and for the POS, in close cooperation with our Trade Marketing Team.
  • You take part in trade fairs and customer events

Your essential experience and education

  • You have a degree in business administration, alternatively you have successfully completed a commercial vocational training or a similar qualification
  • You have already gained some experience in sales
  • You convince with strong negotiation and sales skills
  • You top your communicative and argumentative skills with your determined, independent and
  • solution-oriented way of working
  • You ideally have a strong network and contacts in the erotic (wholesale) trade
  • Have you already completed communication and salestrainings? That’s an additional plus!
  • You convince us with your confident appearance and your pronounced understanding of numbers
  • You speak and write German at a good level and are fluent in English
  • Each additional language is a plus
