Agile Coach (m/f/d) 

What you can expect in this role

  • Train and coordinate teams on agile mindset and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) 
  • Implement processes to create an environment for optimal team performance 
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies in a way that ensures full team engagement 
  • Responsible for removing impediments on team, as well as organizational level 
  • Utilise feedback and metrics (delivery rate, throughput, WIP, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity 
  • Work with the Agile Project Management team to continually improve agility throughout the whole company 
  • Remain at the leading-edge of Agile development practices and help teams to implement/ improve Agile development approaches 

Your essential experience and education

  • Several years of experience as a hands-on Scrum Master or Agile Coach 
  • Work experience promoting Agile methodologies and supporting tools 
  • Knowledge of product discovery method and techniques such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup 
  • Servant Leadership and people first mentality, help us to succeed even when you remain unseen 
  • Team player & the ability to work cohesively with teams 
  • Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills helping to navigate through roadblocks that may occur  
  • Work experience in IT projects is a plus 
  • Fluent in English is required, German is an advantage
