Our newly built central Data Competence Center enables ProSiebenSat.1 units to fully exploit data driven revenue opportunities. Here, we pool and expand the group data with internal and external data sources, setup infrastructure to ensure data consolidation and usage and support stakeholder to utilize data driven use cases and benefit from our group data pool. We use state-of-the-art big data processing and analytic technologies. Furthermore we deliver on core promise of applying advanced data science and analytics to build relevant audience segments for digital advertising and marketing, onsite personalization and addressableTV use cases.

Your responsibilities

  • You will advise and monitor the technically enhancement of our internal Data Management Platform (DMP) in cooperation with the product development team
  • As a Product Owner you will advise and develop new data advertisement projects together with diverse stakeholder (advertisement & marketing)
  • You will be responsible for the segmentation of digital user related data as well as the taxonomy within our Data Management Platform. Furthermore you will support and manage the DMP rollout and taxonomy set-up for new ProSiebenSat.1 Media acquisitions (e.g. amorelie, Verivox, Flaconi, wetter.com, etc.)
  • Part of your responsibilities will be to maintain, monitor and optimize our data streams (DMP inbound & Exchanges outbound)
  • You will work closely with other ProSiebenSat.1 Media units, to consult in and develop data activation use cases - such as SevenOneMedia,  prosieben.de/ sat1.de/ kabel1.de etc. and our e-commerce assets as well as your Data Science colleagues
  • You will report and present your results and processes to our group top management

Your skills

  • You have successfully finished your studies, ideally in Economic Science, - Informatics, or Market Research  or you have a similar educational background
  • You already gained practical experience in the digital, data-driven industry
  • Your skills in digital advertisement and marketing technologies (web and apps), as well as programmatic advertising tools (DMP, DSP, SSP, 2nd and 3rd party data provider) are very good
  • You got a good understanding of and ideally experience in digital tracking (i. e.  Google Analytics & Tag Manager, Tealium, DataLayer, HTML)
  • You have worked with web analytic tools before; ideally you have also used Data Management Platforms; ideally looking after audience segmentation topics
  • You show great analytical skills and willingness to learn fast and dive deep into the area of audience segmentation and data activation
  • Your oral and written English and German language skills are very good
