What you can expect in this role

  • Due to your strong administrational skills we’ll love to assign you with a wide variety of office management tasks such as managing incoming and outgoing company mail as well as coordinating business with our landlord or managing our office supplies
  • But there’s even more to it: Besides your conventional function in office management your role includes assisting our executive board in several tasks like managing appointments or events
  • You’ll assist in managing travel expense accounting and further accounting duties
  • With your strong communication skills you’ll act as an interface between our departments
  • As a first point of contact for our clients and business partners you’ll provide a warm welcome and take care of appropriate hosting

Your essential experience and education

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship and initial work experience in office administration, management or assistance position
  • A strong interest in modern communication tools
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • A structured, reliable work style as well as strong communications skills and a distinctive service-mentality.
  • The ability to keep your cool even in hectic situations
  • Excellent language skills, being fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Hands-on-mentality
