For our office in Berlin we are looking for:

E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d)

What you can expect in this role

  • You take responsibility for net customer growth figures (new + repeat – newly lapsed customers) and understand key drivers for customer satisfaction (NPS)
  • You continuously work on identify ways to improve site performance to provide a competitive experience
  • You will improve the Customer Experience linked to the site experience (UI, bugs, customer dropout rate & funnel analysis)
  • You support of key site metrics (visitors, engagement, conversion, etc) and develop/implement performance improvement plans as appropriate
  • You will work closely with our Product and Development teams on the optimization pipeline living and breathing a test and learn mentality

Your essential experience and education

  • You have a university degree that matches the relevant area
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience and have worked in a similar field where you have proven that you can manage and scale online business
  • You have a solid Ecommerce/CE experience and also an analytical mind to be able to analyse data and drive to insights
  • You are passionate about the consumer and consumer advocate mind-set
  • You have very strong interpersonal and communication skills (externally and internally at all levels)
  • You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking and have a self-driven working style
  • You are a motivated team player, you can support your colleagues with assertiveness and a respectful and inspiring style
  • You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken), French would be a plus
